Plugins and Settings That Must Be Enabled

To ensure the Participation Report works optimally, journal administrators (users) must enable the following supporting plugins in OJS version 3.3 or higher. Detailed configuration tutorials are provided in Section 4.

• Crossref Reference Linking plugin to send reference data to Crossref when DOI is registered (https://doi.pubmedia.co.id/knowledge-bases/20)
• License settings in Settings → Distribution → License (https://doi.pubmedia.co.id/knowledge-bases/23)
• Research Organization Registry (ROR) plugin for managing author institutional affiliations using ROR identifiers (https://doi.pubmedia.co.id/knowledge-bases/25)
• ORCID iD must be filled in by authors in their OJS user profile (https://doi.pubmedia.co.id/knowledge-bases/26)

Notes:

Ensure all configurations above are completed before DOI activation, because incomplete setup may cause the Participation Report not to be properly read by the Crossref system.
