Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Registration & Service
- DOI services are available for new publishers as well as those wishing to transfer sponsorship to Pubmedia.
- Registration is carried out officially via the website: https://doi.pubmedia.co.id/user/login
2. Membership Fees & Payment
- No deposit required.
- Fixed membership fee of IDR 750,000 per year, adjusted to the month of registration.
- Payments can be made online via the website, with Virtual Account options available.
3. Validity Period & Renewal
- The service is valid for 1 year from the date payment is received.
- Renewal is carried out annually with the same fee or according to Pubmedia’s policy.
4. Rights & Obligations
- Pubmedia assists with the administration, setup, and activation of members’ journals under DOI.
- Customers are required to provide accurate journal information.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made before the service becomes active may be refunded in accordance with Pubmedia’s policy.
- Once the service is active, the fee is non-refundable.
6. Changes to Terms
- Pubmedia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and will notify customers accordingly.
